Ink Fingerprinting
A traditional method of capturing fingerprints using ink and a fingerprint card (i.e. FD-258).
First Card

Base fee of the initial fingerprinting process.
Additional Cards
$25
Subsequent cards
Processing Fees
Vary by DOJ agency:
- Most State DOJs around $32.
- FBI around $17.
Live Scan Fingerprinting
An inkless, electronic method of capturing fingerprints, which are transmitted digitally to State and Federal agencies for background checks.
Rolling Fee
$50
The capture and submittal of fingerprints.
Government Fees
Vary by DOJ agency:
- Most State DOJs around $32.
- FBI around $17.
